The film revolves around a slim notebook, an ordinary school notebook whose cover is decorated with beautiful race cars. But instead of lists of vocabulary, the pages carry the courageous testimonies of 300 women and girls from Central Africa. These testimonies reveal what the Congolese mercenaries did to them, during the armed conflict in October 2002. The notebook, that they made themselves, is the proof they need to press charges for the rapes they were victims of.
